The 5 Star Y-Cinch is a unique alternative to traditional back cinches. Designed to stabilize the saddle without restricting your horse’s rib cage or stomach barrel, the Y-Cinch eliminates pressure that standard back cinches often create when tightened.

By redirecting pressure forward to the front cinch area—where it naturally belongs—the Y-Cinch allows your horse to breathe deeply while keeping the back of the saddle securely in place. The result is greater comfort, improved performance, and less risk of soreness or restriction.

Cinch Specifications:

• Handcrafted from 100% all-natural mohair

• 29 strands in the front, 19 strands in the back

• Available in natural or vegetable-dyed colors

• Made-to-order lengths in 2″ increments (front and back)

• Hardware options include 2″ roller buckles on the small end and an optional 3″ roller buckle on the large end
