The 5 Star Close Contact Show Pad is expertly contoured from 100% pure virgin wool felt, designed for all-purpose, close contact, hunter, and jumper saddles — and even compatible with select dressage models. Its raised wither profile and customizable spine leather ensure a precise, comfortable fit that enhances saddle stability and rider balance.

A Velcro strap allows easy adjustment for a secure hold, while the naturally resilient wool provides superior shock absorption, improving both horse comfort and rider equitation. This pad delivers the ideal combination of protection, moisture management, and close contact feel — perfect for training, showing, or daily rides.

Our wool felt wicks away moisture, resists slipping, and cleans up beautifully. Many 5 Star pads are still in use after 15+ years, a true testament to our craftsmanship and materials.
